Refund & Cancellation Policy

Project Liberty is a recurring subscription. Billing begins immediately at sign-up — there is no free trial. Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew every 12 months. You can cancel at any time and you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. The charge appears on your statement as GORDENIA LLC.

There are two ways, and both take effect immediately:

1. Sign in and go to your account → Manage billing → Cancel subscription.
2. Email care@projectliberty.now from the address on your account and simply ask us to cancel. We will confirm in writing, usually the same day and always within 2 business days.

We will never require a phone call, a retention interview, or a reason. Cancelling stops all future charges.

Your counselor and chat access stay open until the last day of the period you already paid for. After that date the subscription ends and no further payment is taken. You can re-join at any time at the then-current price.

• Part-used periods are not pro-rated. Because you keep access for the rest of the paid period, we do not refund the unused portion of a month or year.
• Billing errors are always refunded. Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or a charge at the wrong price are refunded in full. Contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will return it to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
• Unauthorized charges. If someone used your card without permission, email us immediately and we will cancel the subscription and refund the charge while we investigate.
• Goodwill. If you were charged for a renewal you genuinely did not intend and you have not used the service in that period, write to us — we look at these case by case and we are reasonable about it.

If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to your renewal, so you always have time to cancel first.
