1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Project Liberty platform, website located at projectliberty.now, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Project Liberty LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Description of Service
Project Liberty provides an advisory and guidance platform for individuals seeking help with financial, healthcare, technology, and consumer protection matters. Our services include:
- Healthcare and Medicare guidance and information
- Financial education and advisory services
- Fraud awareness and billing dispute guidance
- Technology assistance and education
- Emotional support and counseling referrals
- Assistance with preparing refund and chargeback request documentation
Important Advisory Disclaimer
Project Liberty is an ADVISORY SERVICE ONLY. We provide guidance, information, sample templates, and educational resources. We do not act as your legal representative, financial advisor, licensed counselor, or agent. All actions taken on the basis of our guidance, including submitting refund requests, filing complaints, or making financial decisions, are taken solely by you on your own behalf. We do not submit requests, make calls, or take actions on your behalf.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service you must:
- Be a resident of the United States of America
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
4. Subscription Plans & Payments
4.1 Subscription Tiers
- Essential Plan: $9.99 per month — access to one service category
- Plus Plan: $29.99 per month — access to all service categories with priority response
- Premier Plan: $49.99 per month — full access with dedicated counselor and expedited response
4.2 One-Time Services
- Single Consultation: $47.00
- Document Review: $27.00
- Refund & Billing Resolution Assistance: $197.00 flat fee or 20% of amount recovered, whichever is greater
4.3 Billing & Renewal
Subscription fees are billed monthly on the date of your initial subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. All fees are stated in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4.4 Refund Policy
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing date. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the Service, please contact us within 7 days for a review. One-time service fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at care@projectliberty.now or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Service until that date.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to:
- Share your account with others
- Create accounts under false identities
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
7. Limitations of Service
Project Liberty does not provide:
- Legal advice or legal representation
- Licensed financial planning or investment advice
- Licensed medical or psychiatric care
- Guaranteed outcomes on refund or chargeback requests
- Acting as power of attorney or authorized agent
Any templates, scripts, or sample communications provided are for your personal use and adaptation. Results from using our guidance vary and cannot be guaranteed. We make no representations that any refund, chargeback, or dispute will be successful.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Project Liberty LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Project Liberty LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming or through binding arbitration at our election.
